Can you take over an existing infrastructure?
Yes. We start by reviewing and documenting what exists, and only then propose changes.
Do you work with both VMware and Proxmox?
Yes. We manage VMware vSphere environments with vCenter as well as Proxmox VE, and help migrate between them when it makes sense.
How are backups handled?
They are automatic, with defined retention, an off site copy and regular restore tests. For Microsoft 365 we keep our own backups, independent from Microsoft.
Do you handle server migrations?
Yes, across VPS, dedicated servers, shared hosting and virtualisation platforms, planned to keep downtime to a minimum.
Can you provide a status page for our customers?
Yes. We set up monitoring and a public page that shows service status and scheduled maintenance.
